Nadar, has been helping students to achieve great heights and realise their aspirational dreams through a solid foundation. His academic excellence and consistency in producing great results has fetched him prestigious Times Icons of Surat 2020-21 recognition for Excellence in Professional Coaching in Commerce Stream.

With sheer hard work and perseverance, Andrew has been able to make a name in academics for himself, trusted for providing only the best of results. He is an academician, author, chartered accountant, researcher and a regular speaker at various platforms on varied commercial and general topics. As an astute academician, he is highly endowed with qualities that play a pivotal role in nurturing the young minds thereby making them responsible citizens. Andrew is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a wide-ranging experience in accounting, finance, auditing, taxation, company and mercantile laws, trade and commerce, economics, management, aspects associated with MNCs, import and export formalities, etc. Along with CA, he also holds a plethora of degrees such as CS, M. Com, MFC, MBA (Banking and Finance), PGDBM, MA (Economics), B.Sc. (Psy.), M.Phil. (Finance). His 360-degree approach to education has enabled him to authortwo books recently which will be published soon. Andrew is often invited as a guest faculty at institutes where he readily shares his knowledge on varied topics.

“The need of the hour is to acquire an innovative approach in the teaching-learning methodology that will equip the learners to develop much-needed insights to make them competent. The reasoning abilities of the students need to be ignited so that they are made to think with a solution-centered approach,” shares Andrew.  The teaching methodology adopted by him eventually develops the students into prospective rank-holders in particular and brilliant citizens in general. The pedagogical techniques employed by him are elaborate and skillful. He displays a unique skill where a dash of humour and anecdotes are included effortlessly to make the entire teaching session interesting and captivating. Besides this, Andrew ensures that a strong sense of moral codes, value-system and ethics is cultivated in the tender minds of the students. “Educational qualifications may help you to enter into a profession but it is ethical values that take you to the top,” says Andrew.

Apart from professional obligations, Andrew who is part of many social organizations firmly believes that every individual in any capacity is responsible to give back to the society from whatever they have gained. He is currently serving as the President of YMCA, Surat. YMCA is one of the largest social organizations of the world. Besides this, he is also involved in other philanthropic work for charitable institutes.

Each year Andrew’s institute and students continue to succeed which makes Andrew glad that his efforts are instrumental in creating a strong foundation for the students to pursue their higher professional studies.
