The Luxury Affair Wedding Expo Season 16, presented by JJ Jewellery Mart, had a fabulous inauguration on July 20, 2024, at Illam Hospitality and Banquets, OMR Chennai. This event, a blend of a wedding expo, fashion show, and award ceremony, marked a significant milestone for the OMR stretch, an emerging hub often referred to as the new Chennai city. This event specifically targeted residents in and around ECR and OMR, making it a landmark occasion for the area.
Recognized as one of India’s premier lifestyle events, The Luxury Affair Wedding Expo and fashion show provided a stellar experience. The expo was inaugurated by actress and model Anukreethy Vas, alongside Shri Nahar, founder of JJ Jewellery Mart; Joe Michael Praveen, founder of the Razzmatazz Group; Dr. Shama Parveen Ameen, founder of Zay Holidays; and Nisha, founder of Mudhra Luxury Salon, making the launch an event to remember.
The evening featured a star-studded fashion show with four sequences. The first sequence, by Varahi Lakshmi Skills, showcased Anu Singh as the showstopper. This was followed by a stunning sequence by Suresh Menon, featuring actresses Dhansika and Ananya Rao as dual showstoppers. The third sequence by Sidney Sladen, renowned for elevating the Chennai fashion scene, featured actress Sanjana Singh as the showstopper.

The awards were presented by Ms. Petula Thomas, Chief Executive Officer of the Indo-Australian Chamber of Commerce, along with Shri Nahar, founder of JJ Jewellery Mart.
The entire fashion show was expertly choreographed by the talented Vignesh. This spectacular event is the brainchild of Joe Michael Praveen, founder of the Razzmatazz Group, designed to showcase innovative wedding styles and luxury products to discerning participants.
