Hyderabad, Telangana : Lokaa Foundation, a spiritual organization distributes 5000 “lifesaving covid safety kits” across Telangana today to Isolation Centers. These kids are meant for Covid Positives. In Hyderabad, Minister Mr Mallareddy Distributes them in surrounding areas of Hyderabad and Medchal and a couple of Municipalities such as Bouduppal and Jawaharnagar Municipal Corporation.

Each of these kits contains essentials such as a vaporizer, antiviral mask, 4 kinds of vitamins, and a face shield to prevent the spread of the virus into families and communities.

Mr Malla Reddy, Minister of Labour, Employment, Women and Child Development expressed his happiness for Lokaa Foundation’s initiative. He said such help is the need of the hour. Service to mankind is service to God, he said.

The lifesaving covid safety kits were also distributed to the Rapid Action Force of CRPF(Central Reserve Police Force) of the Government of India. RAF stands for “Rapid Action Force” is a specialized force. This Rapid Action Force in turn would be distributing subsequently these lifesaving covid safety kits to the isolation centres located in villages they have adopted.

According to Lokaa Foundation, these kits are also distributed in remote areas and tribal areas of Telangana such as Mulugu, Bhupalpally, Adilabad, Asifabad and Nizamabad with the help of each district administration.

According to Mr. Shiva, spokesperson for Lokaa Foundation in Hyderabad, today’s beneficiaries are the poor people who have lost their livelihoods and are struggling with covid but cannot afford preventive measures. These kits distribution is taken up under Bless India initiative of the NGO. It aims to distribute one lakh such kits across India. So far, they have distributed 40,000 such kits across the country. The balance of 60,000 will be distributed in a week. As part of that initiative, 5000 kits were distributed in the city today. Each kit costs anywhere in the range of Rs 750/- to Rs 900/-.

We have to heal India and bless the people of India. This Bless India charitable initiative can be a phenomenal inspiration to the youth of India to participate and create life-saving experience for the underprivileged sections of the society, the release from Lokaa Foundation added.

Bless India’s aim is to help save one lakh lives of marginalized people in India who do not have access to medical support.

Lokaa Foundation is a Charitable Foundation created by Lokaa, along with her parents Sri Preethaji & Sri Krishnaji (co-creators of Ekam) to serve the needy in rural India. The foundation is founded to serve the needy in the 1000 villages around Ekam.
