The event was organized on 15th September 2023 Friday as a daylong session. The morning program included recognition at the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Global Icon award was conferred at LCCI London Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The evening session was a special one at the British Parliament. Awardees were felicitated with Global Inspirational Awards by Baroness Kramer, Member of the House of Lords of the United Kingdom.
Mrs Shilpa Sanjeev was recognised for her contributions in the area of Business and Technology, Mentorship and Leadership building.
A brief about Shilpa, she hails from a remote village in India but with her talent and hard work graduates from one of the premier engineering institutes in Karnataka (SJCE) and then pursues her career in Automotive Industry.
She comes with a rich industry experience of 23+ years spanning across R&D, Automotive, and Automation. She provides mentorship for start-ups on business development and leadership skills in-order to bring success to the venture. She has also established profitable hands-free real estate investments through her own company Skyscape Properties Ltd, UK.
She is instrumental in setting up multi-million Automation Lab in India for Jaguar Land Rover Cars, UK. She previously was also nominated for Top 50 Women Engineers in UK by Jaguar Land Rover Cars for Telegraph Awards.
She has a passion to work for children welfare and women empowerment and also contributes her time towards improvement of women and children from tribal and remote villages.
She definitely inspires the youth of today with her multi-talent, hard work, dedication, compassion and resilience.
